What is the definition of advocacy? Advocacy refers to the process of actively supporting, promoting, and working towards the rights, interests, and well-being of individuals or groups who may be disadvantaged.
What is the purpose of advocacy? The purpose of advocacy is to empower individuals or communities by giving them a voice and helping them navigate complex systems and structures that affect their lives. Advocating can help change public policy, further a mission that you stand for, and and can shift narratives.
