Objective
The SE Michigan Senior Regional Collaborative (SRC) is seeking to engage an individual consultant or firm to provide leadership development opportunities for up to 25 multi-level managers and leaders to include: training, consulting and coaching as well as opportunities to meet, network and learn within a peer level support group.
Program description
In June of 2014 the SRC went through a strategic planning process with the objective of identifying the direction and primary focus’ of the SRC and its individual committees. Through this process the SRC Training Committee identified the specific capacity building needs for the member organizations of the SRC. This program will include a Leadership Development opportunity for individuals in leadership at varying levels to include: emerging leaders and senior level leaders.
Topics of Interest – An ideal Leadership Development Program that the SRC member organizations would find valuable might include training topics, such as:Communication

Consultant’s Scope of Work & Deliverables
The Senior Regional Collaborative will expect the Consultant/Firm will produce the following deliverables:
The Senior Regional Collaborative has designated $10,000 to $15,000 for the services provided of the leadership development firm/consultant.
Submission Details
The SRC requests electronic proposals of no more than 3 (three) pages in length that describe you and/or your team, your experience providing services, your proposed process for providing these services, and a proposed budget for these services. The proposal should be submitted to the contact person listed below and include the following components:

January 8, 2016 – Proposals Due. Please only, electronic proposals to be sent to [email protected]
February 1, 2016 – Consultants will be notified of the SRC’s selection.

SRC History & Purpose
The SRC is an unincorporated association of 25 aging-services organizations. A full membership list can be found here: www.semisrc.org. The primary purpose of the SRC is to develop a framework for advocacy, planning and program development in order to better address the needs and contributions of the growing older adult population in SE Michigan. Collectively SRC members serve over 200,000 older adults, adults with disabilities and their families as well as 400,000 other individuals in three SE Michigan counties: Wayne, Oakland and Macomb. SRC members provide the full spectrum of aging services: research, advocacy, public policy, government, information and referral, law, care coordination, and direct care services.

Consultant’s Scope of Work & Deliverables
The Senior Regional Collaborative will expect the Consultant/Firm will produce the following deliverables:
- Design and facilitate workshops
- Structure opportunities for peer support and networking
- Debriefing sessions with SRC Training Committee/Representative
- Final Report (evaluations and recommendations)

- Statement of qualifications, including if applicable a professional biography, curriculum vitae or resume;
- Summary of similar work conducted, highlighting specific accomplishments;
- A narrative description of the proposed process, activities and approach;
- Timeline for the work, and;
- Fee & Budget (including number of estimated hours for each activity, billing rate, and estimated out of pocket costs).
